How to Log Your Board Meeting Hours in Galaxy Digital
From a Computer:
1. Log into your account.
2. You'll land on our Dashboard.
3. At the top, click "Add Hours" (hourglass icon).
4. On the Track Hours page, scroll to:
- Hour Type:
- Click YES to "Are these hours in reference to an opportunity you responded to on this site?"
- Under Opportunity, select "The Sanneh Foundation Executive Board Meeting Hours".
- Plus-One Hours: Leave this Blank--each board member should log their own hours.
5. Under Hour Details:
- Enter the date of the board meeting.
- Enter the number of hours attended.
6. Scroll down and click Submit Hours.

From the Causer App:
Download the app: Causer Get Connected App
1. Open the Causer App and log in.
2. Tap the three-line menu (top left) and select "Add Hours".
3. Under Hour Type:
- Tap YES for "Are these hours in reference to an opportunity you responded to on this site?"
- From the dropdown, select "The Sanneh Foundation Executive Board Meeting Hours".
4. When prompted, select your User Group:
- Choose "The Sanneh Foundation Executive Board".
5. Enter the:
- Date and start time of the meeting
- Number of hours worked
6. Leave the Description section blank (optional)
7. Tap Submit Hours.
