This opportunity is for Executive Board members to log hours spent on activities that fall outside of board meetings and committee meetings.
Examples include meetings with staff or Tony, and site visits.
When logging your hours, please include the date, the number of hours, and a brief description of the activity.
Note: Hours for committee meetings, and board meetings should be logged under separate opportunities:

How to Log Your Board Miscellaneous Hours in Galaxy Digital
From a Computer:
1. Log into your account.
2. You'll land on our Dashboard.
3. At the top, click "Add Hours" (hourglass icon).
4. On the Track Hours page, scroll to:
- Hour Type:
- Click YES to "Are these hours in reference to an opportunity you responded to on this site?"
- Under Opportunity, select "The Sanneh Foundation Executive Board Miscellaneous Hours".
- Plus-One Hours: Leave this Blank--each board member should log their own hours.
5. Under Hour Details:
- Enter the date of the board meeting.
- Enter the number of hours attended.
6. Scroll down and click Submit Hours.
Sarah Philippe, Volunteer Manager, will approve your hours.
From the Causer App:
Download the app: Causer Get Connected App
1. Open the Causer App and log in.
2. Tap the three-line menu (top left) and select "Add Hours".
3. Under Hour Type:
- Tap YES for "Are these hours in reference to an opportunity you responded to on this site?"
- From the dropdown, select "The Sanneh Foundation Executive Board Miscellaneous Hours".
4. When prompted, select your User Group:
- Choose "The Sanneh Foundation Executive".
5. Enter the:
- Date and start time of the meeting
- Number of hours worked
6. Leave the Description section blank (optional)
7. Tap Submit Hours.
Sarah Philippe, Volunteer Manager, will approve your hours.
