2025 Holiday Toy Drive Giveaway Support
Join us in helping create a joyful and dignified holiday shopping experience for families in our community. The Sanneh Foundation’s annual Toy Drive is fun a annual tradition that reflects our commitment to supporting families and building connections during the holiday season.
This is an indoor, hands on volunteer opportunity that includes set up, toy sorting, restocking, shopper support, and clean up.
Location: Conway Community Center Gymnasium, 2090 Conway Street, St Paul MN 55119
Time: 10:00 AM-8:00 PM *Shifts available
Check In: Front desk
Parking: Overflow lot behind the community center, accessed through the Sun Ray Library parking area.
Shift Options:
You can sign up for one or multiple shifts.
There will be a catered lunch 12:00 PM-2:00 PM for volunteers
Set-up Crew
Shift 1: 10:00 AM-1:00 PM
Shift 2: 1:00 PM-4:00 PM
Volunteers needed: 10-15 for each shift
Activities include:
• Setting up and labeling tables
• Sorting toys into age groups
• Organizing toys and supplies
• Preparing the gym for family shopping
• Light lifting and table organization
Event Crew – Holiday Shopper
Time: 4 pm to 7 pm
Volunteers Needed: 25 to 30
Activities include:
• Guiding families through the shopping process
• Restocking toy tables as items are selected
• Organizing toys during brief reset periods
•Supporting staff with flow and questions
• Standing and walking throughout the shift
Clean Up Crew
Time: 7 pm to 8 pm
Volunteers Needed: 5
Activities include:
• Packing remaining toys
• Consolidating leftover items and supplies
• Assisting with final gym clean up
• Light lifting and organizing
