Community Garden Clean Up at Conway
Join The Sanneh Foundation as we prepare the Conway Community Garden for the growing season. This is a great opportunity to spend time outdoors, connect with the community, and help get the garden ready for this year’s gardeners. Volunteers will help clean and prepare garden beds so they are ready for planting and can support community members throughout the season.
Date: Tuesday, April 22
Location: Conway Community Center 2090 Conway St St. Paul, MN 55119
Volunteer Shifts:
Shift 1 Time: 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Shift 2 Time: 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Tasks may include:
Clearing debris and weeds
Cleaning out garden beds
Preparing soil for planting
General garden upkeep
BYOE (Bring Your Own Gardening Equipment)
Volunteers are encouraged to bring their own gardening tools if they have them, including gloves and small hand tools.
What to Wear: Please wear comfortable clothing and closed toed shoes.
This is an outdoor opportunity taking place alongside our Earth Day Community Celebration at Conway. Volunteers are welcome to stay and take part in the event after their shift.
